Terms of Service – Stay Focused

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Stay Focused development team ("Company", "we", "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Stay Focused application ("App"), you irrevocably agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Stay Focused is a self-control and productivity enforcement tool. The App performs actions strictly based on user-defined configurations, including app blocking, website blocking, notification blocking, schedules, and Strict Mode enforcement.

2. Absolute User Responsibility

• All restrictions are voluntarily enabled by the user.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all settings before activation.
• The App executes only the configurations defined by the user.
• Any loss or inconvenience is entirely the user’s responsibility.

3. Strict Mode – Binding Acknowledgment

Before enabling Strict Mode, the App displays a confirmation prompt. Proceeding constitutes explicit and informed consent.

By enabling Strict Mode, you agree that the Company shall not be liable for device lockouts, emergency situations, loss of access, phone resets, or data loss.

4. Emergency & Device Reset Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee accessibility during emergencies. Any consequences resulting from device resets or system changes are solely the user's responsibility.

5. Purchases & Platform Exclusivity

• Android purchases are valid only on Android.
• iOS purchases are valid only on iOS.
• Purchases cannot be transferred between platforms.

6. One-Time Purchase (“Lifetime Access”) Terms

"Lifetime" refers to the commercial lifetime of the product. The Company reserves full rights to modify, limit, revoke, or discontinue one-time purchase access after a minimum of four (4) years.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed and managed by the respective app stores and are subject to their billing and refund policies.

8. Modification & Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature without prior notice or liability.

9. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
